Shipping Policy

All orders are "Made To Order" meaning that they are made once you place your order.  Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have purchased the "Rush My Order" Fee please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. This does not include Weekends or Holidays. Custom orders could take longer, However you will be notified of any delays.  All orders with 10 sets or more are considered a wholesale size order and can take 2-3 months to complete. Purchasing sets in smaller quantity is advised to avoid longer wait times.

Regularly processed sets combined with "Ready To Ship" sets will not make your order process and ship sooner. Any orders that include both regularly processed and "Ready To Ship" sets will still be processed within 1-3 weeks unless a "Rush My Order" fee has been applied to your order.  We recommend ordering them separately. 

Orders are shipped immediately after completion. You will be notified and will receive a tracking # once your order has been shipped. You will receive your order within 3-4 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not from the date that your order was placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  

All orders with 4 or more sets will be grouped in one large nail box to reduce shipping cost. If you would like your nail sets packaged separately please email Be sure to include your name and order # and I will adjust your shipping cost. 

Please be advised that our shipment days are Wednesdays & Saturdays. However all "Ready To Ship" items are shipped daily.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your order within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly and filled out entirely. Be sure to include your Apartment/Lot/Unit # if any before placing your order. 

If you have provided an incorrect address or incomplete address please contact us immediately to correct it.  If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. Please note that once your order has been shipped addresses CANNOT be changed.
If for any reason there is an issue with verifying your address a Customer Service Representative will contact you to try and resolve this issue. If after several attempts of contacting you and you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you. Any packages that are lost in transit due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the buyers responsibility and will NOT be refunded.
Any packages that are returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will ONLY be shipped back out once the buyer pays the "Reprocessing & Re-shipment Fee". 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
StuddedRoseNails DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
We DO NOT issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
 We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
