Shipping policy

Please make sure that that the address you entered at check out is up-to-date, correct and filled out entirely. Be sure to include your Apartment/Lot/Unit # if any before placing your order.

If you have provided an incorrect address or incomplete address please contact us immediately to correct it. Once your order has been shipped addresses CANNOT be changed.

Any packages that are lost in transit due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be the buyers responsibility and will NOT be refunded. Any packages that are returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address will only be shipped back out once the buyer pays the "Reprocessing & Re-shipment Fee".

All orders are "Made To Order" Meaning that they are made once you place your order.
Please allow UP TO 1-2 weeks for your order(s) to be processed and shipped.

For all READY TO SHIP items please allow UP TO 1-3 business days for order(s) to be completed. **(This excludes Sundays & Holidays.)**

Orders are shipped immediately after completion. After order completion an email will be sent notifying you of shipment and your tracking information. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your tracking # to show movement.

Our shipment days are Wednesdays & Saturdays. However all Ready To Ship items are shipped daily.
